LATE SEATING Seating begins 30 minutes before curtain. Late seating is at the discretion of the House Manager. Those arriving more than 10 minutes late may not be seated. Even though your seats are reserved, we recommend arriving in the area 30 minutes prior to the start time of the performance. This will allow you time to find parking. While parking is abundant, we are in an area of Columbus that is seeing increased activity.
RE-ENTRY POLICY Because our casts utilize every inch of space in the theatre, CCT patrons who do choose to exit the show in mid-performance may not be permitted reentrance into the theatre. Should you be able to re-enter, you may not do so without an usher or staff member’s assistance to ensure you do not disrupt the artistic integrity of the performance.
HANDICAP SEATING If you are in need of handicap accessible seating or for any reason cannot use stairs due to physical restrictions, please purchase your tickets through the CCT ticket office and mention this when making your reservation. Accessible seating with companion seats is available but limited.
SEVERE WEATHER POLICY Inclement weather is not a cause for cancellation. As long as the artist can make it to the theater the show will go on. There are no refunds or exchanges because of bad weather. Plan to leave home early, and please travel carefully. If the status of a show does change, an announcement will be posted on our website on the show page, CCT Facebook and Twitter feeds, and on local radio and television.
COUPONS Please review your coupon as the restrictions vary. Coupons can only be redeemed by mail or in person. If you would like to use a coupon to make a reservation, please stop by our administrative offices during the week or mail the certificate or coupon to us with your contact information and we will contact you when it is received to complete your reservation.
