Columbus Children’s Theatre is committed to creating a space where everyone is not only welcomed, but celebrated. CCT strongly encourages individuals of all races, ethnicities, genders, identities, abilities, sizes, ages, and experience levels to get involved on and off the stage with our organization.

Auditions for Battle of the Books happening June 7 and 8, 2026 by appointment and virtual submission ONLY.
Required Media: Headshot/Photo, resumé if available.
People auditioning for students can either audition with one monologue from a contemporary play written in the last 10-15 years (realistic dialogue, can be comedic or dramatic) OR audition with a friend and do a scene from a contemporary play written in the last 10-15 years (realistic dialogue, can be comedic or dramatic).
*If choosing the option to audition with a friend, BOTH performers must fill out the audition JotForm, and should select adjacent audition times.
People auditioning for the adult characters should audition with one monologue from a contemporary play written in the last 10-15 years (realistic dialogue, can be comedic or dramatic)
