Cancellation policy

Classes and Camps

ICancellation Policy:

  • Cancel 4+ weeks before start date: full refund less $25 fee.

  • Cancel 2–4 weeks before start date: refund less $45 fee.

  • Cancel 3 days–2 weeks before start date: account credit less $45 fee.

  • Cancel within 3 days: no refund or credit due to limited enrollment capacity.

All classes/camps require a minimum number of students to run.

CCT reserves the right to cancel classes with low enrollment.

Summer Camp cancellations must be processed by a CCT Staff member in order for the refund to be returned to the original form of payment.

Summer Camp cancellations can be made through self-serve, but will only be eligible for a refund in the form of a redeemable credit voucher of equal value.

If CCT cancels, a full refund will be issued.
